Welcome to Mr.Perkins Class

During the course of our remote learning, I will be posting lessons for grades K-6 on Friday.  I will also be available each day from 9-1, so feel free to email me with any questions relating to usernames, passwords, or any other tech related issues.


Week of April 20th:  Welcome back! I hope everyone had a happy and healthy break. An assignment for computers has been posted under each grade's Google Classroom.  I have sent an email to each student's account (grades K-6).  Please log in to your email and accept the invitation.  Moving forward, this will be the easiest way to receive and complete assignments.  As always, please email me with any questions.

http://www.arcademicskillbuilders.com/  :  A free site that offers a variety of competitive math games.

http://mathsnacks.com - also has a number of fun math games that address ratios, coordinate grids and more.

prodigymathgame.com: This site is a fun math game that the students have their own accounts for in Grades 1-6.  Please email me if you would like your child's log in information so that they can use this at home and over the summer.

https://www.teachyourmonstertoread.com/  : This is a great website that works on sight words and phonics.  All kids in grades Pre-K to 2 have accounts.  Please email me if you would like your child's log in information so that they can use this at home and over the summer.

https://pages.sumdog.com/:  Sumdog has made all reading, math and spelling games available for free.  This site is popular with students.  Please email me for log in information(Grades K-6)

https://www.getepic.com:  This is a great site for free books.  Please email me if you would like to have your child registered for Epic.
