Instructions for Usage of Highlands Elementary School Gymnasium, Classrooms, or Field Usage.
1. Please contact Mrs. Jeanne Hablitz for all Availability (732-872-1476 ext. 11).
2. Completely fill out Usage Application. Please include proof of insurance.
3. Fill out the Hold Harmless Form.
4. Return all forms to Mrs. Jeanne Hablitz via us mail or e-mail @
[email protected]
5. Your application and dates requested must be submitted prior to the monthly
BOE Meeting. If submissions are late, it may be declined.
6. If approved, you will receive notice via e-mail (please supply valid e-mail address).
